HCK takes over full responsibility from the first analysis up to the handing over of the turnkey plant and guarantees the timely shipment, installation and commissioning as well as the assured production capacity of the machinery and equipment.

The engineering for the plant is executed by our experienced engineers in co-operation with experts from various fields. Our key to success is the harmonious interaction of our team using the latest technology in the areas of planning, project management and communication. By this means the timing of the project is reduced to a minimum and you can start earlier with the production.

HCK takes care of all transportation of the complete plant to the port of destination, and if required, further to the installation site. We only engage reputable shipping companies and personally inspect packing and loading of equipment directly at either the suppliers factory or at the port.

Even after the handing over of the plant our After Sales Service Team is there to regularly look after your needs. For example we can provide reliable sources for spare and wear parts delivery in a fast and un-bureaucratic way. In our data base we register all the specifications of the machines delivered to you, and we are therefore able to guarantee a prompt delivery of all spare parts and tools, that exactly fit to the individual machine. Our experienced service technicians regularly visit our customers and are able to assist with solutions for preventive maintenance or overhaul programmes.

The first steps for our engineers are to gather all important product data (measurements, materials, steadiness classes, stress limits etc.) , to calculate the production capacities based on the available working regime and to search for authoritative norms and standards. We examine to what extent the raw materials are compatible with the required final product and based on our findings, develop the solution for your individual product.
